30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. This applies to eligible new, used, and refurbished physical products, including sale-priced items. Contact us within that window with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. For an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include photos or a description of the problem if possible.
How to return an item
- Contact us before shipping your return.
- We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send the item to the manufacturer or to an address found on an old package.
- Pack the item securely with the accessories and components included in your order. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.
Requesting authorization helps us identify your order; it does not remove your rights under applicable law. Contact us if you have difficulty completing a timely return.
Condition of returned products
Return the same product you received, with its identifying serial number and all included controllers, cables, and accessories. Reasonable handling to inspect or test a product is allowed. Used and refurbished products do not need to be unused; they should be returned in substantially the condition delivered, except for the defect or issue being reported.
Damage caused after delivery, missing components, or a different returned item may affect eligibility or the refund amount. We will explain any proposed deduction or rejection. Ordinary testing or opening a package alone does not make a defective product ineligible. Use the original packaging when available, or equivalent protective packaging.
Return shipping and fees
Defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect items: BuyThisLB covers reasonable return shipping through a prepaid label or another arrangement agreed with you.
Change-of-mind returns: You pay return shipping. If we offer a prepaid label for convenience, we will disclose its cost and obtain your agreement before deducting it from the refund.
We do not charge a standard restocking fee. We do not deduct the cost of free outbound shipping from an otherwise eligible refund. Any separately paid expedited shipping charge is generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns, but will be refunded when the return results from our error or where required by law.
Refunds
After receiving your return, we inspect it and email you the outcome. We aim to complete inspection and initiate an approved refund within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include applicable tax on the refunded amount. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
If you used PayPal Pay Later or another installment option, the provider applies the refund under its terms. Continue following the provider’s payment instructions until it confirms an adjustment. If a refund has not appeared, contact your payment provider and then us with your order number.
Replacements and cancellations
If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us to arrange a return for a refund or, if you prefer and stock is available, a replacement. A replacement is not guaranteed. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch; if the order has already shipped, follow the return process.
Before returning a console or device
Back up your data, sign out of accounts, remove account or activation locks, remove personal storage or discs that were not supplied with the order, and factory-reset the device where possible. Tell us if a fault prevents those steps. Do not send us account passwords. Personal data, installed software, and game progress are not part of the product refund.
Warranty and your legal rights
The 30-day return window is separate from any warranty advertised with your product. This policy does not shorten a stated warranty or limit rights and remedies available under applicable law.
